My cat is sick and for a while, I thought she was going to die; she already looked like an empty shell with no soul. But we found a good vet for her and they're saying there's a 90% chance they'll be able to cure her (with surgery and about a month of feeding her through a tube), so we'll have Stella back for at least a few more years...despite us only being able to afford ramen noodles for a while.
Essentially, anorexia and stress for the past month made her liver start to eat itself. But she'll get better!
