In Memoriam:
-Adolph the...whatever kind of fish you were..., it appears your days as the tiny purple ruler of the 55 gallon tank have come to a close.
--Adolph was cryogenically frozen (well, put in a ziploc bag with some water and frozen to be thrown away later)
-No 53, the Black Molly and mother of over 200 other black mollies...yeah...you had a busy life...
Still alive and not given to a random guy at a pet store:
-Stripe, the spotted ple...however your fish species is spelled. It soesn't matter, you eat poo for a living.
-No 3, the Apple Snail: We still don't have a name for you...but you eat all the excess fish (living or dead), so it doesn't matter that you don't have a name.
-Boudreau and Clive: You started your jobs cleaning poo as soon as you left the bags. Keep on doing your job.
-No 52: You horny bast...I mean loving father...and also a black molly.
-No 46: Yet another black molly, but an effing old one, so I've got to give you credit.
-Pink, Blue, and Orange: You're named after colors because Adolph was your master. Now you have no one to follow, so don't get too close to No. 3
There...an update on my fish for the .0001% of people who care about animal life and don't think I'm just someone who NEEDS the psychiatrist I know. To the other 99.9999%: You really should care about animals.
Quote of the day:
-"There was only one catch and that was Catch-22, which specified that a concern for one's own safety in the face of dangers that were real and immediate was the process of a rational mind. Orr was crazy and could be grounded. All he had to do was ask; and as soon as he did, he would no longer be crazy and would have to fly more missions. Orr would be crazy to fly more missions and sane if he didn't, but if he was sane he had to fly them. If he flew them he was crazy and didn't have to; but if he didn't want to he was sane and had to. Yossarian was moved very deeply by the absolute simplicity of this clause of Catch-22 and let out a respectful whistle." Catch-22, Chapter 5, pg. 55
