Welcome (to anyone who actually knows who I am). I'm actually supposed to be sleeping now since I have to get up in four and a half hours...Meh, lack of sleep's never stopped me before...
Anyway...this will be the main blog for our band, Aestus. We plan on changing our name, by the way. It's the name of a business...
HISTORY OF OUR BAND NAMES:
-Krana's Last Resort (Changed due to LEGO company product that was created AFTER our band.)
-KLR (abbr. of the above. Changed because it's also an abbreviation to a motorcycle part :P)
-Æstus (Changed because...well...most people don't know alt + 146 too well...)
-Aestus (Changing because it's a big business.)
If you have any suggestions for a new name, feel free to comment on this. I won't bite.
Okay, here's a breakdown of our band members' names and nicknames...some are kept private, but I'll tell you the ones that aren't.
Absinthe (Me) - AKA: Abbey (WITH the e. I'm Absinthe, not Abigail), Yumi (Shiawase), Sethunya Unathi
Krison - Rhiannon, Rhi, Sabbath (Blair)
VoX
Sven - Sven Baker XXIII, a few other names
Toshio - Uematsu (he's got about as much talent as Nobuo Uematsu, if you're wondering...)
I believe I said this before, but this will be our main blog from now on. Onto dispelling myths:
1) We have no CDs out, despite what VoX said.
2) Contrary to popular belief, we do play in one (1) state in the US (Alaska)
3) We do NOT play reggae. Industrial Reggae, in our case, takes the themes of reggae and puts them to the beats of random things we want to use as instruments (i.e., Van de Graf generators, Synths, razor blades, etc.)
Okay. Now that that's over with...hmm...anything I missed? If I think of anything, I'll post tomorrow probably.

Oh, I forgot to say a few things in this...hopefull you'll read this comment before you add your own...
I said we play Industrial Reggae, but forgot to mention we play other stuff, too :P
I also realized that I said Aestus is a business twice. Sorry for the redundancy.
But then again, I love love redundancy.
Oh, and I lied. I WILL bite, but not very hard.
You know how I said Toshio was like Nobuo Uematsu? Well...he is. But he's also like Shiro Hamaguchi.
I don't want to spend too much time on this computer. I want other people to be able to use it since it IS a public computer and all...So, yeah. I think I covered everything.
